First Credit Union converted to a new computer processing system in July 2011. along with the new system are new instructions for using Quicken®, QuickBooks® or Microsoft® Money with NetTeller online banking. Having Trouble Accessing NetTeller with Safari?
Safari broswer versions 5.1.4 and 5.1.5 are exhibiting problems displaying NetTeller online banking. To resolve the issue, simply upgrade your Safari browser to lastest version, which is 5.1.7.
Please be aware Safari is supported for Apple users only and is no longer a supported browser for Windows users. Please note that Windows Safari users are not prevented from using NetTeller but it is highly recommended that Windows Safari users use an alternative browser when accessing NetTeller online banking.
We are receiving reports of phishing emails being sent from what appears to be a NetTeller email address customer _service @cm.netteller.com with the subject line of NetTeller Watch Notice. These are "Phishing emails" trying to get members to click on the embedded NetTeller access link. These emails are not coming from NetTeller. It's recommended members NOT click on the link but rather delete the email message.
Enhancing Your Security Online
For your security we encourage you to peridocially change your NetTeller password. Please be aware to ensure a secure online banking experience, the credit union will prompt you from time to time to change your password, if you haven't already done so, as an enhanced security measure.
