First Credit Union Bill Pay-e provides the convenience of never having to write checks, lick envelopes, or buy postage stamps. Business Bill Pay-e allows you to:

Waive your subscriber fee if your Preferred Checking account is in good standing. |

Make deposits and transfer funds to additional accounts. |

Make employee payroll very convenient. |

Access charts and reports so you can track your account(s) and make adjustments as needed. |

| Business Executive Account and Business Plus Account |
| Business BillPay-e is offered FREE to Executive Business account holders, for the first 15 bills paid each month. Bill Pay-e Executive will: |

Charge 48¢ per item after 15 or more bills per month. |
| • |
Waive your subscriber fee if your Business account is in good standing. |
| • |
Automatically deduct a subscriber fee from your account on the enrollment date for the first month following the closure of your Executive or Plus Business account, if your account status changes. |

| Business Basic |
| Bill Pay-e service is offered FREE for the first six months to Basic Checking account holders. Bill Pay with Standard Checking will: |

Charge 48¢ per item after 15 or more bills per month. |
| • |
Deduct a $9.50 subscriber fee, monthly from your account on the enrollment date starting on the seventh (7) month of service. |

Electronic is the fastest payment method for subscribers and greatly reduces the risk of human error. Electronic payments are received by the payee within 2–3 business days. Processing of recurring payments will not begin until activated/scheduled by you.

Bill Pay cannot be used to access or transfer funds to or from another account. |
