Scholarship & Grant Programs

First Credit Union cares about financial literacy and higher education. Since 2007 First Credit Union has awarded more than $15,000 in college scholarships and financial education grants through its Scholarship & Grant Programs. These programs are available exclusively to First Credit Union members.

Congratulations 2013 "Imagine the Possibilities" College Scholarship Recipients

We congratulate and thank all of our members who participated in First Credit Union’s scholarship program by applying. We wish all of this year’s scholarship recipients much luck in their pursuit of higher education.

We will begin accepting applications for both programs for the 2013-2014 school year in August 2013. Please check back later this year for an application. Application deadline for both programs will be December 31, 2013.

“Imagine the Possibilities” College Scholarship

First Credit Union will award up to five (5) “Imagine the Possibilities” $500 College scholarships in 2013 to graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll in a full-time course of study at an Arizona college, university or trade school.

Youth Financial Education Grant Program

First Credit Union will award up to three (3) $250 grants per year to Arizona educators and other community organizations to be used to promote financial literacy to youth.
